About Bantam Clean Power

Power is a system. We treat it like one.

Most protection devices wait for a problem, then sacrifice a part of themselves to deal with it. Bantam systems condition power continuously, in series, on every conductor. Nothing has to be spent for the circuit to do its job.

Where the work began

Nearly thirty years on one circuit

The work started in 1996 at Leveler LLC, where Jim Redburn and Michael Januszewski set out to condition power rather than divert it. The first patents issued at the turn of the century.

After Jim Redburn's passing in 2004, Michael Januszewski continued as lead engineer at Leveler, and the circuit was refined through the following decade. Jim is named as an inventor on the 2012 patent, work that began with him.

Bantam Clean Power builds on that circuit under license from Leveler LLC, and has since developed its own patented methods for suppressing signal transmission over a conductor. Michael Januszewski is lead engineer and product manager at Bantam, the continuous thread between the original work and the systems shipping today.

How the circuit works

What we build

Four families, one circuit

Vanguard conditions power for industrial and manufacturing equipment. Citadel serves racks, home systems, and studio installations. Tempest SA3600 is built for defense and OEM integration. Nexus brings conditioning and battery backup together in a single system, launching in 2026.

Every one of them places a series inductor on every current-carrying conductor. The product line has grown; the principle underneath it has not changed since 1996.

Magnetics is the family business

Bantam is a Lodestone Group company, and Lodestone has been in magnetics for decades. Our sister company Lodestone Pacific supplies bobbins, cores, and transformer components to manufacturers worldwide. When the thing you build is an inductor, that lineage is not incidental. It is the reason we design our own magnetics rather than specify someone else's.

Our patents, certifications, and listing files are published in full, with the certifying body, file number, and listing year for each. You should not have to take our word for any of it.
