Your Privacy Choices
This page is how you tell us not to use your information for
advertising. It takes one click. We do not ask who you are, we do not
ask you to create an account, and there is no charge.
Opt out of advertising
We have linked our Google Analytics property to a Google Ads account.
That link means analytics data about your visit — the identifier Google
assigns your browser, the pages you viewed, and the approximate location
inferred from your IP address — may be used to measure our advertising
and, once our campaigns begin, to show you our advertising on other
websites. California law calls this sharing for cross-context
behavioral advertising. Other states call it targeted
advertising. The button below stops it either way.
This opens your cookie preferences. Switch off Statistics and Advertising, then save.
Your choice is stored in this browser and we keep it for at least
twelve months before asking again. Because it is stored in the browser,
you will need to repeat it on each device and browser you use, and
clearing your cookies will clear it too.
We do not sell your personal information, for money
or for anything else of value, and we have not in the past twelve
months. There is nothing further to opt out of.
If your browser already sends a signal, you are already opted out
We honor the Global Privacy Control. If you use a
browser or extension that sends the GPC signal, we treat it as an
opt-out for that browser automatically — you do not need to use the
button above, and we will not ask you to confirm.
What this does not change
Opting out does not affect anything you asked the site to do. Your
cart still works, checkout still works, you can still sign in, and we
will still answer your inquiry. It has no effect on prices,
availability, delivery times, or the service you receive. We will not
treat you any differently for opting out, and we are not permitted
to.
It also does not delete information we already hold. If that is what
you want, see the next section.
Your other rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to know what
personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct
it, and to have it deleted. Our Privacy
Policy explains each of these and the limits on them.
To exercise any of them, email
privacy@bantamcleanpower.com with the right you want to
use and enough detail for us to find your records — the email address
you used with us, and any order number. We will verify your identity
before we act, and we respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized
agent; we will ask for written proof of the authorization.
If we decline your request and your state gives you a right of
appeal, we will tell you why and how to appeal.
