Our customers have asked us for some time to design a UPS that features our world-class power conditioning. We have heard you and we have been working hard at making a great solution. We did not want to offer a UPS for the sake of just having a UPS, however. We set out to design a power conditioner that features battery backup, and not the other way around. There is a distinct reason for this; your equipment needs conditioned power under all events at all times. The UPS itself becomes one of those pieces of equipment that also needs protection of its internals during power events, like surges and transients. Most of the competitors’ units in the market do not protect their own internals, let alone all the outlets it contains. We designed the Bantam Clean Power UPS360 from the ground up around our SA3600 UL component, crafting the circuits so that everything is protected by the SA3600 first, including the UPS sensing and charging circuits.
We are currently in the process of real-world user-acceptance testing of the UPS360. We are excited to be bringing this to market soon!
